Application Submission:

Online Application: Prospective students can fill out and submit their applications through the KIST website. The online application form will require personal information, educational background, and program of interest.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee must be paid online when submitting the application form.

Document Submission:

Academic Transcripts: Applicants must provide official transcripts from their previous educational institutions. Transcripts should be sent directly from the institutions to the KIST admissions office.

Recommendation Letters: Two recommendation letters are required, preferably from teachers, professors, or employers who can speak to the applicant’s academic abilities and potential.

Personal Statement: Applicants must submit a personal statement outlining their motivations for applying to KIST, their academic and career goals, and how they plan to contribute to the KIST community.

Entrance Examination:

Written Test: Applicants will be required to take a written entrance examination that assesses their knowledge and aptitude in relevant subject areas.

Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the admissions committee. The interview may be conducted in person or virtually, depending on the applicant’s location.

Admission Decision:

Evaluation: The admissions committee will review all applications, documents, examination results, and interview performance to make admission decisions.

Notification: Successful candidates will receive an official admission offer via email and post. Unsuccessful candidates will also be notified and provided with feedback.

Acceptance and Enrollment:

Acceptance: Admitted students must confirm their acceptance by responding to the admission offer and paying the enrollment deposit by the specified deadline.

Enrollment: Upon acceptance, students will receive instructions for enrollment, including registration for courses, orientation schedules, and information about housing and student services.

Orientation and Onboarding:

Orientation Program: New students will participate in an orientation program designed to introduce them to the KIST community, campus facilities, academic resources, and student life.

Advising and Registration: Academic advisors will assist students in selecting their courses and planning their academic paths.
